This new 171,000-square-foot training
and research center was built next to the existing Federation
headquarters. The new facility provides advanced speech
and Braille technology, education and research space,
a 100-seat auditorium and a literary archive. The four-story
structure also includes two levels of below grade parking,
administrative offices, and conference and classroom
areas.

This $90 million project includes
210,000 square feet of office space and 10,000 square
feet of retail. The Class-A office building offers a
state-of-the-art telecommunications infrastructure featuring
the only intelligent underfloor HVAC system in the region.

Harbor Inn Pier Five
Baltimore, Maryland
The renovation of this 65-room,
four-star hotel provided a creative challenge. The limited
number of rooms is offset by numerous function rooms
and the dramatic waterfront location on Baltimore's
Inner Harbor. Restaurant space includes McCormick &
Schmick's and Ruth's Chris Steakhouse.

The conversion and redevelopment
of the 9.4 acre former Coca-Cola syrup plant site in
Baltimore's Locust Point is now a world headquarters
and manufacturing facility for Phillips Seafood.

Maritime Museum
Baltimore, Maryland
This project involves the renovation
and addition to the historic building that originally
served as the headquarters for the oldest African American
maritime business in America. Included in the new construction
and renovations are classrooms, offices, exhibition
spaces, a boat building shop and a cafe. The new building
consists of heavy timber construction.
